Solving Kids Cancer
SKC provide hope, information, and support to families throughout their cancer journey as well as raising awareness of the reality of neuroblastoma and advocating for change.
Solving Kids’ Cancer UK is a dedicated children’s cancer charity with children and families firmly at its heart. We exist to provide vital support to children and families affected by neuroblastoma, drive innovative clinical research and raise awareness of the impact of childhood cancer. We are striving for better outcomes for children affected by cancer both now and in the future under our three key pillars of research, support and awareness. Solving Kids’ Cancer UK focuses on the aggressive childhood cancer, neuroblastoma. We are passionate about speeding up pioneering clinical research to save lives and improve outcomes for children. Our Family Support Services provides emotional, practical and financial support, impartial information and supports families to access their choice of treatment options for their children. Solving Kids’ Cancer UK advocates and campaigns for greater and better access to treatments that will improve survival and quality-of-life for children with cancer. With parents embedded in our charity, we are uniquely placed to use our influence and reputation to make a difference for children now and into the future.
At Solving Kids’ Cancer UK, we raise money to initiate and fund ground-breaking clinical research, advocate for increased awareness and positive change, and provide vital support and hope to families throughout their cancer journey.
We are fighting for a future where no child dies of the childhood cancer neuroblastoma or suffers due to the treatment they receive.
“It truly is an honour for us to be included as part of the GamesAid family. This relationship means so much to us and the children and families we support. Children with neuroblastoma and their families are faced with immense challenges and as a small charity we are continually challenged to find the resources we need to ensure we can continue to be there to support them when they need us the most. We believe that GamesAid and its members truly understand this and help to make our families feel seen and heard. We are so excited to be working with you again this year, thank you so much to everyone who voted for us.”
