Greg Weller is Head of Gaming Partnerships at Generation Media, with 20 years’ experience across the entertainment industry. After starting his career in music with EMI, Sony and Virgin, he moved into senior marketing roles at Rockstar Games, Bethesda and Team17, leading campaigns for titles such as GTA V, Red Dead Redemption 2, Skyrim and Dishonored. Greg combines commercial insight with a genuine love of games to help studios tackle discoverability and build real connections with players.

Catherine has been in the games industry for over 25 years, working as accountant for companies
such as Eidos and Take Two. Since 2012, she has been working for Green Man Gaming, firstly in the
finance department and later as a part time Company Secretary. She is also a Trustee of her local
Citizen Advice Bureau, where she is Treasurer.

Dom is best known for his award winning work around Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI), where he led the #RaiseTheGame pledge between 2020 - 2025 and transformed it into an award-winning flagship initiative, alongside supporting efforts towards other activities and initiatives including the Video Games Ambassadors programme with Katie Millar between 2020 to 2022. Dom has also been a mentor for Limit Break Mentorship previously, and has supported numerous charities across the gaming ecosystem such as Lifelites, Everyone Can and Autistica.

With more than 25 years of professional experience, Amelia has worked across small and scaling software product and consulting businesses, specialising in project management and business operations across diverse industries. Over a decade ago, she relocated to the UK to help scale an international operation. She navigated complex regulatory landscapes while fostering an inclusive, values-driven culture rooted in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).
